No One is Safe on 'The Vampire Diaries'

Mystic Falls isn't as eerie as Harper's Island but you can look forward to more unexpected deaths on The Vampire Diaries, proving that no one is really safe from the chopping block--- not even the main characters that headline the series. So far, we've seen Mr. Tanner and Zach Salvatore die at the hands of Damon but Katerina Graham, who plays witch newbie Bonnie Bennett, hints on more.

"In our first meeting with the director and writers in Atlanta, we were sat down and we were told bluntly that this isn't The Elena Diaries, this isn't The Stefan Diaries and this isn't The Bonnie Diaries, this is The Vampire Diaries, and anyone can die and anything can happen. Every episode somebody dies. Yeah, there are going to be a lot more deaths, a lot more sex, a lot more magic, and fire and power," Graham told TV.Guide.com.

So who's going to die next? Fans can expect the body count to rise now that there's another vamp on the prowl in the form of Vicki, Damon's latest victim-protege. Of course Graham wouldn't reveal if Vicky turns completely dark side but says to watch out for next week's episode of The Vampire Diaries.

"The next episode is a very big episode, the biggest one so far," Graham said. "It's called 'Haunted.' It's coming out the week of Halloween. All I'll say is that when I read the script, this one made me cry. I was in tears. It was a very hard episode emotionally to read."

Meanwhile, there's a lot in store for Graham's character Bonnie now that she's starting to discover her powers, and everything begins to unfold also in next week's Vampire Diaries.
